Anger is a natural feeling, and everyone gets angry at one point or another. However, anger may start to get out of control and negatively affect your relationships, work, and life in general. When this happens, it may be time for you to consider anger management classes. During each session, you will be taught:
- how to identify and avoid your triggers
- anger management skills
- breathing and calming techniques
- other solutions that can help you
ABREAST THERAPEUTIC CENTER believes that anger can be masking suppressed feelings or mental disorders such as anxiety. During our anger management sessions, we allow our clients to vent out their frustrations, insecurities, hurt, or other vulnerabilities, so we can understand what causes their anger better.
