  1. We conduct an assessment to identify our clients’ mental health needs and provide a comprehensive individual therapeutic rehabilitation treatment plan depending on each of our client’s specific needs.
  2. We provide structured psych-social education to our clients and their families. We discuss health education, crisis intervention, occupational health issues, wellness education, and behavior modification planning.
  3. We encourage self-empowerment, self-development, and community integration.

Conditions We Treat

Schizophrenia
Schizophrenia is a serious and challenging mental illness that makes it difficult for a patient to differentiate reality from what is unreal. People with schizophrenia may experience memory problems, hallucinations, delusions, catatonia, and other symptoms.
Bipolar Disorder
Bipolar disorder is characterized by extreme shifts of depressive and manic episodes. During depressive episodes, an individual experiences hopelessness, loss of energy, loss of interest, persistent sadness, and other symptoms of depression. During a manic episode, an individual experiences heightened energy, impulsiveness, grandiose beliefs about one’s abilities, engaging in risky behavior (e.g., gambling, spending sprees), and other manic symptoms.
Depressive Disorders
Depressive disorders are characterized by persistent feelings of hopelessness, sadness, and worthlessness. It is also marked by loss of energy, sudden weight gain or loss, hypersomnia or insomnia, irritability and moodiness, difficulty concentrating, and thoughts of death or suicide.
Intellectual Disabilities
Intellectual disabilities are characterized by significant limitations in adaptive behavior and intellectual functioning. It is marked by a below average mental ability and a lack of necessary skills required for everyday living. While people with intellectual disabilities are capable of learning new things, they learn them more slowly.
Generalized Anxiety Disorder
Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) is characterized by excessive, exaggerated, and persistent feelings of worry about everyday life. People with this disorder tend to always expect the worst outcomes. They can’t stop worrying about their health, work, money, family, and other factors in their lives.
